The procedure of applying for journalist accreditation
The application is made out personally for each journalist accredited from the publication. All items on the questionnaire are required to be filled. A photo of an accredited person 3x4 cm in size is pasted onto a printed application form. Questionnaires containing incomplete information are not considered, claims are not accepted.
Applications are accepted: for the tournament of teams of group B - on February 14, 2020 inclusive, for the tournament of teams of group A - on March 13, 2020 inclusive. Applications provided after the deadline are not accepted.
The application must be signed by an accredited person.
Foreign media submit scanned applications by e-mail to pressa@baikal-bandy.ru with attached photos of accredited persons in electronic form.
Requirements for photographs in electronic form: full color, full face without any hat, aspect ratio 3:4, JPG file format, resolution 300 dpi, one file – one person, file name – Surname_Name.jpg
The Directorate for the preparation and conduct of the XL Bandy World Championship reserves the right not to accept applications that do not meet one or more of these requirements. The Directorate is not engaged in finding out the missing information, therefore, asks to be very careful in the design and submission of the application. The Directorate has the right to decide on the refusal of accreditation without explanation.
Upon consideration of accreditation applications, the Directorate places a list of accredited journalists on the website www.baikal-bandy.ru and informs about the procedure of receiving accreditation cards.
