The group A tournament of the world bandy championship, which was scheduled to take place in Irkutsk from March 29 to April 5, was postponed due to the spread of the coronavirus. The competition will be held approximately in October 2020. – Negotiations about this with the International bandy Federation have been conducted over the past ten days. According to him, it was previously agreed that the world Cup among club teams, which takes place in mid-October in Sweden, will not be held. Because it is planned to hold the championship in these terms.
