The main motivation is determined by the financial components of the tournament, namely revenues to the budget of the International bandy Federation (FIB). No funds in this budget cannot be used for other tournaments under the auspices of the FIVB. The Swedish bandy Federation, recognizing itself as a responsible and important member of an international organization, considers it mandatory to participate in the tournament.

Since this decision significantly affects the internal national calendar, explanatory work will be carried out at the club level.
